Academic degrees of the International Academy of Natural Sciences

Membership in the International Academy of Natural Sciences (IANS) is represented by

- Honorary Member of the Academy

Honorary Members of the Academy can be national and foreign experts with significant achievements in the development of science as well as special services to the Academy.

- Full Member of the Academy - Academician of IANS

Full Members of the International Academy of Natural Sciences can be scientists (having a Doctorate in Science from the Higher Attestation Commission, the academic title of Professor, previously elected as a Corresponding Member of IANS and having the diploma of a Corresponding Member of IANS, foreign academicians having a Ph.D. diploma and being Corresponding Members of IANS) who have made outstanding contributions to the development of science. Admission to full membership of the Academy is by decision of the IANS Session by secret ballot with a simple majority of the IANS members participating in the work of the Session.

- Corresponding Member of the Academy

Corresponding Members of the International Academy of Natural Sciences may be scientists (only for Doctors of Sciences of the Higher Attestation Commission) who have made a significant contribution to the development of science. Foreign scientists with a doctoral degree and at least 10 years of experience can be corresponding members of IANS

- Professor of the Academy

The academic title Professor of the International Academy of Natural Sciences is awarded to candidates with at least 3 years of research and teaching experience after defending their dissertation, or at least 7 years of scientific and pedagogical activity, as well as to leaders of scientific and pedagogical teams (without a scientific degree) with a leadership experience of at least 10 years, in order to recognise achievements in professional, scientific and pedagogical activity and to stimulate the development of innovative processes. The academic title of Professor IANS is awarded for:

Creation of scientific and practical developments that have an effective impact on socio-economic development

Development of copyright programmes or teaching aids for educational institutions that have passed practical testing

Active participation in innovative processes, experimental work o Introduction of new technologies, knowledge, management systems

- IANS Advisor (higher education, teaching and research experience of more than 7 years)

The IANS Advisor to the Academy can be any specialist who actively cooperates with the Academy.
